My IMVU name is erickingsknights, and my wife calls me her "daddy bear." My real name is Eric, and I’ve been on VU for 14 years. I’ve been creating since 2012, and it was actually an ex-VU wife who first inspired me to start. I began by making stickers, then moved on to rooms and furniture.

I enjoy creating rooms the most because they require less work when it comes to textures. My favorite style to create is demonic, goth, skulls, or anything death-related. As a demon in RP, I really relate to that style. I add the colors I want to my catalog, but if I had a choice, I’d wish for more variety in colors.

In real life, I have three cats, and I’m 46 years old. My favorite food is Italian cuisine. One of my most memorable pieces of work in my catalog is a demon volcano I made for my brother’s birthday. While I started out wanting to make male clothing, I mostly make female clothing and couple sets because 90% of VU is female, and that’s where the market is.

I’ve made some andro items, but they don’t sell well, so I don’t make them much anymore. My inspiration mainly comes from what my wife wants me to create. When I’m not creating, I enjoy playing tunes, RP, or just relaxing during my limited free time.

Vicaden is the one who brought me to MDI. I’ve been into the goth and BDSM culture before. In real life, I have three kids, one stepchild, and a daughter on VU. My catalog is a mix of styles and themes, so I don’t lean too heavily into one particular style. My favorite holiday is Halloween, and I especially love creating couple Halloween outfits.

So far, my experience with MDI has been good, but I’d love to see a better system of communication. I don’t do much self-promotion these days, but I occasionally share my products on Facebook or in the family group chat on Skype. If you want to share them for me, that’s fine.

Outside of IMVU, I’m really passionate about investigating things. If I’m not here creating, that’s where a lot of my time goes. My favorite music is metal and death metal.

I’m easygoing, get along with most people, and I’m always willing to help out when I can.
