Hey, I’m Vy — though most just call me V. My full name? Yeah, that’s staying under wraps. I’ve been around VU for 18 years now, and let’s just say... experience has taught me to be cautious. Too many stalkers, not enough chill.

I chose the name xVy because my socials go by Vyt0w, but that felt like a mouthful. Short, sharp, and clean — xVy works just fine.

I’m married, both in real life and on VU. I’ve been on this platform for nearly two decades, and I’ve been creating for about 7 to 9 years — though not originally on my main. What got me into creating? Honestly, no one in particular. I just got tired of overpriced stuff and thought, “Why not make it myself and maybe offer things at better prices?”

The very first thing I ever made? Couldn’t even tell you — it’s been way too long. But what I love making most now? Custom collars. I’m all about that Gothic/Grunge vibe... I live in darkness 😎

As for secret dream colors in my catalog? None. I’m content with what I offer.

Pets? Yup. I’ve got three, though only one lives with me — a cat, a turtle, and a dog. I was born in July '93, and my favorite thing to eat? Dunkin' Donuts all day.

One of my most memorable pieces? A custom anime shirt I made for my ex, and that DBZ tail I developed. I don’t really have a favorite gender to design for — I gender swap often, so I enjoy doing both. Haven’t done any androgynous items yet, but who knows? Never say never.

Inspiration usually comes from the people around me — their interests, suggestions, and ideas. I’m always open to hearing what others want to see in certain styles or colors. If I wasn’t creating for the catalog, I’d still be designing — just for myself, friends, and family.

I was brought to MDI by Devious. I’ve been in the BDSM lifestyle for about 16 years now, and I’ve identified with the goth aesthetic for as long as I can remember. I have kids — both in VU and in real life.

Outside of MDI’s aesthetic, I don’t really venture into other styles much. My favorite times of year are definitely Halloween and the transition seasons — Spring and Fall.

So far, my experience with MDI has been good, but I’ve only just started — literally been here a day. Nothing I’d want to change yet. I don’t do much self-promotion; I usually just go with the flow. My shop’s been gaining traction on its own lately, which is cool.

Outside of IMVU, I do have other passions — but let’s just say, my hubby knows all about that 😉.

As for music, I’m into Lord Gasp, Xen0christ, VyOk, Witchouse 40k, Grim Salvo, Eden, Yas, and Alec Benjamin — a mix of gritty, dark, and emotional. Fits me perfectly.
