But most people know me as Mandy. I’m totally fine with using my real name—it’s just me. My username on Vu came from a simple nickname; nothing too deep, just something that stuck.

About Me & My IMVU Journey
I’ve been on IMVU since around 2011, maybe earlier. I’ve been creating for a long time—honestly, it feels like forever. My first real inspiration to start creating was Djamaze. The very first thing I ever made was hair, and it just took off from there.

These days, I absolutely love creating cutting songs. There's something about watching people vibe, get hyped, and dance that makes it so satisfying. Hair is another favorite of mine to create. I don’t really lean toward a specific style, but I do secretly wish I had more pink items in my catalog.

Real Life & Virtual Life
In real life, I’m 38 and the proud mom of two amazing kids—a daughter who’s 8 and a son who’s 5. My relationship status is… well, complicated in real life. On Vu, I’m single.

I don’t have any pets, though I wouldn’t mind one. My favorite food is definitely Chinese, and spring is hands down my favorite season of the year.

Creative Side
My most memorable piece in my catalog is definitely my PVC music pants—they just stand out. While I mostly design for females (it’s my comfort zone), I would love to make more items for men because, let’s be real, the male catalog could use a lot of love. I don’t make andro items, but I’m always open to trying new things. When I need a bit of inspiration, I usually turn to my family and friends—they always help spark some ideas.

Outside of IMVU
When I’m not creating, I work as a customer service manager at a grocery store. I genuinely enjoy helping people—it’s just who I am. If I weren’t creating on IMVU, maybe I’d try modeling or something else creative.

My MDI Experience
I joined MDI thanks to DeviousSiren. I’ve dabbled in the goth and BDSM cultures before, so the MDI aesthetic felt natural to me. I’ve had a great time here so far and love the energy. I’d love to see the community keep growing stronger.

Promotion & Music
I promote my work in a few Discord servers, and I’d be open to having those shared by MDI too. Outside of everything, I’ve always been passionate about music. Rock is my favorite—it’s just something that always gets me in the zone.
